Plan to bring your insurance card and ID the first time you visit a 蒙太奇的健康 location or provider for care or if your insurance information changes.
If you have coverage from more than one insurance company, we will 比尔 the second insurance provider after the first one has paid. If you have health insurance coverage we’re not aware of, call and let us know so we can 比尔 your insurance directly.

Contact your insurance provider to find out whether your insurance requires pre-certification or authorization for any care at 蒙太奇的健康. If it’s required and you or your doctors don’t receive authorization, your insurance company may deny the claim or not provide full benefits.
